Refund policy

You may request a return within 15 days of purchase receipt. All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. No returns will be accepted on electronic parts, transmissions, valve bodies or DIY build kits. Shipping charges are not refunded. Customer is responsible to ship items back to Muldoon's Performance Transmissions. Returns must be packaged in their original packaging and unused. If product is purchased from a dealer, the dealer who issued the sale is responsible to issue the refund. Return credits can take up to 15 days.  RMA must be filled out or return shipment will be rejected. Any damages to products in shipping must be reported immediately to MPT. If shipping damages are not reported within 3 days of product delivery, MPT is not responsible for damages.
