These are the governor pressure solenoid and transducer electronics found in 2003-2007 48RE transmissions.
The governor solenoid is responsible for 1-3 Gear shift operation.
The transducer relays governor pressure / transmission temperature to the PCM.
This is a Borg Warner upgraded solenoid that can handle 15% more pressure than factory.
The Transducer in this kit is an upgraded 600PSI capable Rostra Transducer.
